Questions we get a lot.

I already have a bookkeeper / CPA. Do I have to switch?

Most clients do switch their bookkeeper. We handle the monthly close in QuickBooks; your CPA stays for taxes. We hand them a clean package every January with a strategy memo. They love us — we make their job easier.

What if my books are a mess?

That's the norm, not the exception. Bonus #2 covers up to three months of catch-up at no extra charge. Most operators come to us 6–18 months behind. We've seen worse.

I use FieldRoutes / ServiceTitan / PestPac. Do you integrate?

Yes. The CRM-to-financials bridge is the single highest-value thing we do. If you're using something more obscure, we'll figure it out — we've built around stranger setups.

What size company is this for?
